Poster Sessions

All participants are encouraged to prepare a poster to present their research at this summer school. 

The scientific program of the school includes oral presentations by the invited speakers and poster sessions scheduled after the last talk of each day.

GUIDELINES 

The recommended format is wait to be announced.

Please note that you must print your poster in advance, we are not able to print posters at site!

The posters will be on display in the Poster sessions scheduled during the week:

  • Session I: Monday & Tuesday at 16:00, and Wednesday at 16:45
  • Session II: Thursday & Friday at 16:00

For each session, a Poster Pitch is scheduled at the times below:

  • Session I: Monday, July 6 at 16:00
  • Session II: Thursday, July 9 at 16:00

In order to organise the poster pitch sessions, we'll kindly ask presenters to elaborate one slide (summary of contribution), and to be prepared to introduce the poster in 1–2min in the conference room.
