TRANSFER

Arrival: 

option 1: Fly directly to Dali Fengyi Airport (DLU) – serves domestic flights from many major Chinese cities and is the closest airport to Dali. 

option 2: Fly into Kunming Changshui Airport (KMG), which has substantially more international flights, then connect to Dali by train or domestic flight.

ACCOMMODATION

The organizing committee will assist with booking rooms at the designated conference hotel for participants. Please note that accommodation costs are not covered and will be paid by participants themselves.

Rooms at the conference hotel will be offered at a negotiated group rate, which is expected to be lower than the regular public price. Participants are also welcome to make their own accommodation arrangements, either at the conference hotel or at other hotels in Dali, according to their preference.

DIET

Please indicate on your registration form if you have any special dietary restrictions or allergies.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

The attendees are not authorized to register any accompanying persons.
Should you come with family members, the arrangements for their accommodation and meals should be made from your side.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

If you need an official document such as an invitation/acceptance letter to support your application for a visa to come to China to participate in this event, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible, we can prepare the required document for you.
